简易版体质辨识
POST https://www.tizhicm.com/open-api/simple/identify
1.请对数据进行整合，请将全部的题目数据作为参数，缺少题目或选项将无法得到辨识结果！
2.题目分数需要按照量表返回的标准分数进行赋值，如果高于上限分数或者低于下限分数将不能进行辨识。
3.体质辨识是根据需求人真实的身体感受情况所分析得到的结果，所以为保证辨识的准确性请提示用户按照最近一年的身体实际感受来进行量表的填写

- 其中返回的体质特殊代码编号如下所示 （A = 平和质 B = 气虚质 C = 阳虚质 D = 阴虚质 E = 痰湿质 F = 湿热质 G = 血瘀质 H = 气郁质 I = 特禀质）
- 体质level代表这个体质的级别，当显示时需要用该数据作为依据
